The Role:
It's an exciting time to join our B2B sales team in Germany as an Account Executive (m/f/d), as you'll see the direct impact of your work on the company's growth. You'll be responsible for selling our business solutions to new and existing EasyPark app users.
You'll actively sell our corporate SaaS solution, conduct negotiations and create proposals, as well as proactively follow up, provide product information, and offer general customer support over the phone.
You have excellent active listening skills and the ability to quickly adapt to any interaction, shifting your focus from pitching your product to truly understanding the customer's situation and needs, and delivering a successful B2B sales experience that adds value with every customer touchpoint.

Your main responsibilities:
- Active sales, negotiation and proposal preparation for Arrive B2B solutions, as well as providing product information, proactive follow-up and general customer service by phone.
- In addition to acquiring new customers, you are responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers.
- Building relationships with customers with the goal of increasing sales.
- Manage daily call activities and plan effective sales strategies to achieve all KPIs based on defined expectations.
- Updating the CRM system to ensure data quality.
- Commercial responsibility for closing deals with customers and achieving high-quality sales.
Your background:
- Sales experience; experience in B2B sales (by phone) is a plus.
- You identify and successfully implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- The determination to exceed targets and objectives.
- A team player and self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An enthusiastic, innovative thinker who is never satisfied with "good enough" and always strives to improve.
- Effective communication skills with strong active listening and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
