The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused B2B Account Manager to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, as well as further developing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

How to make an impact

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor Arrive's services to specific client requirements.
  • Present and pitch innovative parking and mobility solutions to relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by taking ownership of revenue growth using a consultative approach.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract signing and implementation
  • Maintain CRM excellence by keeping customer insights up to date to fuel data-driven sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure growth, long-term loyalty, and high satisfaction through proactive account retention.

About you

You are a proactive go-getter who is energized by the challenge of winning new business and expanding existing accounts. You are at your best when building relationships, finding common ground with decision-makers, and using a consultative approach to solve problems. You are commercially driven, resilient, and take pride in your ability to present innovative solutions with confidence and clarity.

Your background

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in both new business development and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly resilient and commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English; strong verbal and written skills are essential.

This role is based in our office in Oslo, Norway.
