The Role

The Content Designer will create impactful sales materials and clear product guides that help our B2B sales teams win deals and accelerate customer adoption. This role focuses on translating complex parking solutions into compelling content across multiple brands, markets, and customer segments. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and brand, creating materials that remove friction throughout the sales cycle.

How to make an impact

  • Design and adapt sales materials: One-pagers, battle cards, competitive sheets, pitch decks that position our solutions effectively across different customer segments
  • Create product enablement content: Quick-start guides, admin setup instructions, feature overviews that demonstrate ease of implementation and reduce technical objections
  • Develop demo scripts and materials: Presentation materials and conversation guides for sales conversations
  • Document new features: In sales-ready formats that translate technical capabilities into customer benefits
  • Build scalable content templates: That work across EasyPark, RingGo, and Parkmobile brands
  • Collaborate with sales teams: To understand objections and create content that addresses real buying friction
  • Maintain brand consistency: While optimizing for sales effectiveness across 10+ markets and languages

About you

You thrive when creating content that serves a clear purpose. You understand that good sales content isn't just pretty; it needs to answer real customer questions and remove real buying friction. You're equally comfortable making something persuasive (a one-pager that opens doors) and making something clear (a setup guide that eliminates technical concerns).

Your background

  • Experience creating B2B sales materials: Product documentation, or marketing content
  • Portfolio demonstrating both persuasive sales content AND instructional product guides
  • Strong copywriting skills: Ability to simplify technical features into customer benefits
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, or similar
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes: And what content helps close deals
  • Experience with localization and multi-market content adaptation
  • Fluent in English: Additional language skills are a plus
  • Comfortable with structured, repeatable work: Across multiple products and formats
