Field Service Technician (Hanover, Berlin, Leipzig, DE)

Responsibilities

  • Performing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on site on parking management systems and ticket machines in accordance with established standards.
  • Identifying and resolving basic technical problems.
  • Installing new equipment or upgrading existing equipment.
  • Behaving professionally at all times and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Preparing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company standards.
  • Independently managing a spare parts warehouse.
  • Complying with on-site health and safety regulations.

Experience

  • Technical/electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications.
  • Experience in field service, customer service and/or as a service technician.
  • Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
  • Good understanding of technical products and how they work.
  • Good general IT skills.
  • Class B driving licence mandatory.
