The Role
Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the Company solutions by configuring, maintaining and supporting our products and services for our partners.
As Partner Success Managers we play an integral role in building trust and solid relationships by supporting our Operators on their daily business, impacting several touchpoints of their customer journey.
We contribute to our vision by connecting with our Partners, identifying their needs and driving improvement initiatives.
How to make an impact
- Providing excellent operational support to new and existing partners
- Configuration, release and maintenance of our solutions and products.
- Implementation of the Company standard services according to client specifications.
- Archiving and version management of software configurations.
- Quality assurance, testing our products and services, while striving for continuous improvement.
- Order, review and roll-out of signage.
- Collaboration across Teams and Business Units e.g. Account Managers, Operations, and R&D/Product.
- Training and supporting Operations on the Company services.
- Working actively within the CRM system to manage requests/incidents and ensuring data quality.
About you
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong interest in helping customers.
- Good planning and self-management skills. Proven involvement in project management is appreciated.
- High level of technical understanding of system integrations.
- XML or JSon knowledge is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Mastery of other European languages is advantageous.
- Change management, resilience and positive attitude towards change
Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- Previous experience working with Customer Success or Technical Support for Corporate Customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and proficient in English
- Previous experience in collaborating across departments.
The role can be based in either Stockholm or Oslo but the role works with the Norwegian team and market and is a contract for a maternity leave replacement.
