The role

As a Partner Success Representative, you are part of the Parking Business Unit. You ensure the seamless implementation of Arrive products and services by configuring, maintaining, and providing ongoing support. You report directly to the local team leader in Germany.

As a Partner Success Team, we play a vital role in building trust and strong relationships with our partners by supporting them in their day-to-day business and shaping crucial phases in our collaboration in a positive way.

We contribute to our vision by engaging with our partners, identifying their needs, and driving improvement initiatives.

How to make an impact

  • Providing excellent operational support for new and existing partners
  • Implementation of the company's standard core products and services according to customer specifications.
  • Configuration, release and maintenance of our core software solutions
  • Quality assurance and testing of our products and services in pursuit of continuous improvement
  • Ordering, review and rollout of signage / advertising materials
  • Collaboration across teams and business units; our key stakeholders are Account Managers, Operations, Marketing and R&D (Research & Development)
  • Actively working in the CRM system to manage orders and inquiries and to ensure data quality

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent skills in customer relationship management and a strong interest in helping customers.
  • Good planning skills and self-organization.
  • High level of technical understanding of system integration.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret data and recognize patterns.
  • You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude towards change.
  • Knowledge of XML or JSON is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite is an advantage.

Your background

  • Economics, business informatics, social sciences or a comparable background.
  • Experience in customer success or technical support for business customers in a SaaS company is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German (C1/C2) and fluent English (C1). Additional EU languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
