The role
As a Partner Success Specialist, you are part of the Parking Business Unit. You ensure seamless implementation of Arrive products and services by configuring, maintaining, and providing ongoing support.
You report directly to the local team leader in Germany.
As the Partner Success Team, we play a vital role in building trust and strong relationships with our partners by supporting them in their day-to-day business and positively shaping crucial phases of our collaboration. We contribute to our vision by engaging with our partners, identifying their needs, and driving improvement initiatives.
How to make an impact
- You offer excellent operational support for new and existing partners.
- You coordinate projects with regard to the implementation of the company's core products and services according to customer specifications.
- You will manage the configuration, release, and maintenance of our central software solutions.
- You will perform quality assurance by testing our products and services and driving continuous improvement.
- You will be responsible for ordering, checking, and rolling out signage.
- You work closely across teams and business units. Your key contacts (stakeholders) are Sales (Account Managers and Sales Admins), Operations, Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D).
- You actively work in the CRM system, manage orders and inquiries, and ensure high data quality.
Skills and competencies
- Excellent skills in Customer Relationship Management and a strong interest in supporting customers.
- Good project management skills; proven experience in project management is desirable.
- High level of technical understanding of system integration.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and recognize patterns.
- Ability to understand strategic goals and derive situation-appropriate measures from them.
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards change.
- Knowledge of XML or JSON is desirable.
- Familiarity with the Google Suite is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
Your background
- Experience in customer success or technical support for business customers in a SaaS company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German as well as fluent English skills.
- Additional EU languages are an advantage.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
