The role

As a Partner Success Specialist, you are part of the Parking Business Unit. You ensure the seamless implementation of Arrive products and services by configuring, maintaining, and providing ongoing support. You report directly to the local team leader in Germany.

As a Partner Success Team, we play a vital role in building trust and strong relationships with our partners by supporting them in their day-to-day business and shaping crucial phases in our collaboration in a positive way.

We contribute to our vision by engaging with our partners, identifying their needs, and driving improvement initiatives.

How to make an impact

  • You offer excellent operational support for new and existing partners.
  • You coordinate projects with regard to the implementation of the company's core products and services according to customer specifications.
  • You will manage the configuration, release, and maintenance of our central software solutions.
  • Quality assurance through testing our products and services, while you continuously drive improvement.
  • You will be responsible for ordering, checking, and rolling out signage.
  • You work closely across teams and business units – your main contacts (stakeholders) are sales (account managers and sales admins), operations, marketing and R&D (research and development).
  • You actively work within the CRM system to manage orders and inquiries and to ensure data quality.

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent skills in customer relationship management and a strong interest in helping customers.
  • Strong project management skills. Proven experience in project management is desirable.
  • High level of technical understanding of system integration.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret data and recognize patterns.
  • Understanding strategic goals and the ability to derive situationally appropriate measures.
  • You demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude towards change.
  • Knowledge of XML or JSON is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

Your background

  • Experience in customer success or technical support for business customers in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and fluent English. Additional EU languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Professional experience: 3 years or more in similar roles.
