The Role
As a Partner Success Specialist, you will be part of the Parking Business Unit. You will ensure a seamless implementation of the Arrive products and services by configuring, maintaining and providing ongoing support to our products and services. You will report directly to the local team leader in Germany.
As a Partner Success Team, we play an essential role in building trust and strong relationships with our partners by supporting them in their day-to-day operations and positively shaping crucial phases in our collaboration.
We contribute to our vision by engaging with our partners, identifying their needs, and driving improvement initiatives.
How to make an impact
- You provide excellent operational support to new and existing partners.
- You will coordinate projects with a view to implementing the company's core products and services according to customer specifications.
- You will manage the configuration, release and maintenance of our central software solutions.
- Quality assurance by testing our products and services, while always driving continuous improvement.
- You will be responsible for ordering, checking and rolling out signage
- You will work closely across teams and business units – your main stakeholders are Sales (Account Manager and Sales Admin), Operations, Marketing and R&D (Research & Development).
- You will actively work within the CRM system to manage orders and inquiries and ensure data quality.
Skills and competencies
- Excellent skills in customer relationship management and a keen interest in helping customers.
- Good project management skills. Proven experience in project management is desirable.
- High technical understanding of system integrations.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Understanding strategic goals and the ability to derive measures that are appropriate to the situation.
- You show resilience and a positive attitude towards change.
- Knowledge of XML or JSON is desirable.
- Familiarity with the Google Suite is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
Your background
- Experience in customer success or technical support for business customers in a SaaS company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and fluency in English. Other EU languages are an advantage.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Work experience: 3 years or more in similar roles.
