ARVOO Group is a growing international SME organization specialized in the development of high-tech hardware and software. From our head office in Harmelen we work on smart solutions for image recognition, including applications in traffic technology. Due to the further professionalization of our financial and internal processes, we are looking for an all-round administrator.
In this role, you will form the financial heart of the organization together with the CFO and the financial controller. You will report directly to the financial controller.

What will you do?
As an administrator, you are responsible for a number of crucial administrative processes within our organization. Your tasks include:
- Creditors administration: Processing and checking purchase invoices and preparing payments.
- Accounts receivable administration: Monitoring outstanding claims, sending reminders and maintaining contacts with customers regarding payments in collaboration with the sales department.
- Invoicing: Drawing up and sending sales invoices and processing payments.
- General administrative tasks: Supporting the financial department with various administrative tasks such as processing bank statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing liquidity overviews, financial reports (such as tangible fixed asset statements), journal entries and salary journal entries.
What do we ask?
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative direction.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position (at least 2 years).
- Thorough knowledge of accounting software (experience with AFAS is a plus) as well as Excel.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
- Accuracy, eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills.
