We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Office Manager in our ever-expanding Budapest office to perform the following tasks:


  • Coordination, management and organization of administrative tasks
  • Active participation in the organization and coordination of negotiations and discussions
  • Professional handling and storage of documents
  • Communication with partners, suppliers and service providers
  • Purchase of office supplies and office equipment
  • Organization of catering services
  • Ensuring and organizing servicing and maintenance of rented office premises
  • Administrative and organizational support for colleagues participating in the assignment


  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • At least an intermediate level of active English, both written and spoken
  • User-level computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and precise work
