Service Engineer (Budapest, HU)

Asura Technologies Ltd., founded in 2017 and based in Budapest, is looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. Our company designs, develops, and deploys AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide, integrating our proprietary video analytics and license plate recognition software.

Asura is active globally, with the United States as a key market. Through our strategic partners, we are involved in numerous projects in several countries across Europe and Asia. Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and operation of local servers at domestic and international sites
• Configuration of installed cameras at domestic and international locations
• Operation of office IT infrastructure, including the setup and testing of new hardware components
• Monitoring system oversight
• Managing the inventory of company hardware
• Providing on-call support

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations within Linux/Windows environments
• Basic networking knowledge
• Problem-solving ability
• Desire for personal development
• Proficient in English at a communicative level
