Will you contribute to the future of payments?

Every day, millions of people pay for their purchase with their bank card or online. These consumers expect seamless payment in all cases, quickly and correctly. As an IT Specialist within the Core Support Center, you are the central hub that ensures that our consumers have this experience by monitoring all CCV services. Let's unlock the power of payment. Together!

What do you do as an IT Operations Center Engineer at CCV?

Together with your colleagues you solve (complex) incidents related to payment transactions. Consider a major PIN failure during a concert or a network disruption as a result of which a CCV customer does not receive payment.

You work together with the team on incident and problem management. You are involved in monitoring and signaling and follow up on the resulting alerts and incidents yourself
During incidents, your role is to bring colleagues within CCV together and support them in restoring services. You also inform stakeholders within and outside CCV about the incident.
Afterwards you investigate recurring incidents with the aim of preventing recurrence. As part of Continuous Service Improvement, we as a team review documentation and work instructions for any subsequent incidents.

We work in a 5-shift system. Together with 15 other colleagues, you work in threes per shift with the rhythm: 6 days of work, 4 days off. You will receive a contract for 40 hours. In fact, you are scheduled for 33.6 hours per week. In addition, you will receive an allowance based on the schedule for working at unusual times.

Your profile

You are proactive, have good communication skills and know how to set the right priorities. For your internal customers, for CCV and for yourself. You are driven, can work well together and have technical insight. You feel good in a dynamic environment where not all activities can be predicted.

  • An MBO education at level 3 or 4, preferably towards IT management
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Have your own transport and/or the option to come to the office during the 24/7 services
