Job description:

  • Develop and create a detailed business plan, identifying key partners, clients (system integrators, large installers, design consulting firms, etc.) and end users who will ensure success in Angola.
  • Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationships with influencers and decision-makers in Angola.
  • Responsible for market/customer research and standardization initiatives.
  • To empower the sales team, their clients, and end users with Dahua solutions.
  • Identify initiatives to reach end users through the right partners and work with the sales team to develop tools and support materials.
  • Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as the preferred supplier for these partners.
  • Plan key industry association and lobbying activities.
  • Align and update the business plan with the country sales manager quarterly each year.
  • Coordinate with the country sales manager to develop and monitor objectives and KPIs to measure the performance of the French team.

Desired skills and experience

  • 10 years of experience in sales/business development in the security industry.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of the end user and a network of contacts are desirable.
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to communicate with all types of people (executives, government representatives, installers, systems integrators, etc.)
  • Strategic skill
  • Excellent command of both English and Portuguese, in both writing and speaking.
  • Available for business trips throughout Angola.
  • Proactive professional with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
