Business Development Manager (Trenčín, SK)

Position Overview
The role of Business Development Manager (BDM) in DAHUA is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the security industry. This role requires proven abilities in business development, customer relationship management, and project operation. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with the existing team to bring Dahua’s advanced security solutions to key end-users and system integrators, continuously creating value for both society and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Dahua’s project development and business expansion in the Slovakia market;
- Develop key end-user clients, with priority sectors including Government, Energy, Retail, and Warehousing & Logistics;
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with system integrator clients, driving joint project execution and delivery;
- Establish reference projects in key industries to enhance Dahua’s brand visibility and industry reputation;
- Create continuous value for clients through solution-based engagement and technical consultation;
- Achieve annual business targets and objectives assigned by the company.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the security field (e.g. video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm, security solutions) or related industries (e.g. ELV systems integration, ICT integration, IoT integration, Smart Building Systems);
- Strong capability in new client acquisition and business development;
- Solid understanding of the Slovakia security market landscape;
- Familiarity with mainstream video surveillance products and integrated security solutions;
- Established network with key end-users or system integrators in relevant industries;
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field;
- Proficiency in both Slovakia and English as working languages;
- Willingness to travel across Slovakia as required.
