Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Visual Production: Independently manage the entire video production lifecycle—including conceptualization, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production—to create high-quality marketing content for Dahua’s global brand.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflow: Deeply integrate Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Seedance, Runway, HeyGen…) into the production process to optimize efficiency and explore innovative visual expressions.
  • Social Media Content Strategy: Stay ahead of visual trends on global and domestic platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) to produce engaging content that drives brand awareness and user interaction.
  • Technical Storytelling: Translate complex AIoT technologies and hardware specifications into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and easy-to-understand visual narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (Product & Marketing Teams): Work closely with Product Managers to translate complex technical features (AI algorithms, IoT solutions, hardware specs) into intuitive and compelling visual content.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital media, short video production, or creative advertising.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut). Strong expertise in cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
  • AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with AIGC tools for image/video generation, voiceovers, or digital human avatars. Must be able to demonstrate how AI tools have been applied in previous projects to improve quality or speed.
  • Marketing Sense: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience psychology; ability to create "scroll-stopping" content.
  • Communication: Excellent cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to handle high-pressure projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma to create high-end thumbnails, infographics, and promotional posters.
  • Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a reputable creative/marketing agency is highly preferred, with a proven track record of managing multiple brand accounts or large-scale projects.
  • Global Vision: Ability to produce content with an international aesthetic suitable for diverse global markets.
