Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the dynamics and competitive landscape of the overseas EV charging station market, identify trends and opportunities, and provide related reports and recommendations.
  • Develop the company’s strategic plan for the overseas EV charging station market, including market positioning, product pricing, channel expansion, and partner selection, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Lead business negotiations with overseas customers, partners, and government agencies to establish cooperation intentions and commercial agreements, and drive the execution and implementation of business collaborations.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management and execution, including project budgeting and resource allocation, project planning and progress control, risk assessment, and the formulation of mitigation measures.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop market promotion strategies and brand‑building plans, provide market support, insights, and feedback to ensure successful product promotion in overseas markets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team, participate in product requirement analysis and technical solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
  • Monitor industry developments, track competitors’ activities and innovation trends, and adjust and optimize the overseas EV charging business strategy and tactics in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (such as electrical engineering or new energy). Experience in overseas EV charging station business is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and insights into the global EV charging station market, including market environment, policies and regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in business negotiations, with strong communication and collaboration skills for working with overseas customers, partners, and government agencies.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including project planning, resource coordination, schedule and quality control, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with marketing and brand‑building principles and methodologies, with solid market analysis and research abilities to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments to drive project execution and achieve goals.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to conduct business negotiations and prepare related documents fluently.
