Working hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Location: Vientiane, Laos

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to develop effective channel sales strategies.
  • Provide end-to-end support to partners, including sales, product, and basic technical assistance.
  • Work closely with partners on product promotion, marketing campaigns, and service improvements.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business decisions.
  • Travel frequently to provinces and meet customers face-to-face to strengthen partnerships.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel distribution, sales-out, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in CCTV, security, electronics, IT, or technology-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with distributors or brands such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision, Tiandy, or similar is a strong advantage.
  • Good English communication skills are required; Chinese language skills are a big plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, honest, fast learner, and results-driven.
  • Strong presentation, training, and solution-selling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or CCTV technology is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates from IT-related fields with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
