Working hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Location: Vientiane, Laos
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Analyze market and industry trends to develop effective channel sales strategies.
- Provide end-to-end support to partners, including sales, product, and basic technical assistance.
- Work closely with partners on product promotion, marketing campaigns, and service improvements.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business decisions.
- Travel frequently to provinces and meet customers face-to-face to strengthen partnerships.
- Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel distribution, sales-out, or B2B sales.
- Experience in CCTV, security, electronics, IT, or technology-related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with distributors or brands such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision, Tiandy, or similar is a strong advantage.
- Good English communication skills are required; Chinese language skills are a big plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, honest, fast learner, and results-driven.
- Strong presentation, training, and solution-selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or CCTV technology is preferred.
- Fresh graduates from IT-related fields with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
