SMB Sales Manager (Attiki, GR)
Job Summary
The SMB (Small Medium Business) Sales Manager will work closely with the Channel Sales Director to expand the company’s presence and revenue through security system installers and channel partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships with installers, promoting the company’s security solutions, and supporting partners in identifying and winning future projects.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Channel Sales Director to develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive business growth.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with security system installers and channel partners.
Conduct regular visits to installers to promote the company’s security solutions and value proposition.
Support channel partners in the design, specification, and planning of security system projects.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and basic technical guidance to installers and partners.
Assist partners in identifying new business opportunities and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and marketing) to ensure partner needs are met.
Track market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback, and report insights to management.
Ensure sales targets and growth objectives are met within the assigned territory or channel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in security systems.
- Good understanding of security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, networking, or related technologies).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit installers and partners.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Technical Sector like Mechanical/Electronic/electrical Engineer or IT related Degree.
- Experience working with security system installers, integrators, or distributors.
- Knowledge of project-based sales environments.
- Technical background or hands-on experience with security solutions is a plus.
