Software Product Manager (Various Locations, EU)

About the Role

Dahua Technology is hiring a Software Product Manager – Western Europe to support the growth of our software and AIoT solutions across the Western European market.
This role focuses on regional market insight, product localization, go-to-market execution, pricing strategy, and partner enablement, working closely with sales teams, channel partners, and key customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Insight & Product Planning

  • Conduct in-depth research on Western European security market trends, regulations, ecosystems, and customer needs
  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and feature evolution; deliver competitive analysis and product strategies
  • Continuously optimize the regional product roadmap based on customer and channel feedback
  • Drive localization and customization of software products to meet regional requirements

2. Go-to-Market & Product Enablement

  • Define and execute software product go-to-market strategies for Western Europe
  • Articulate clear, sales-ready software value propositions
  • Develop standardized product marketing and enablement materials (PPTs, demos, FAQs, comparison charts, etc.)
  • Build and manage a regional software product training framework:
  • Deliver tiered training programs for regional sales, technical support, distributors, and channel partners
  • Organize online and offline product training sessions (theoretical & hands-on)
  • Support regional channel activation programs and customer engagements

3. Product Pricing

  • Contribute to pricing strategies and pricing models tailored to the Western European market

4. Product Performance & Business Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, channel feedback, and market performance on a regular basis
  • Produce product performance and business analysis reports
  • Identify issues and growth opportunities, and drive improvement initiatives

5. Key Account & Project Support

  • Provide software product support for key customers and strategic projects in Western Europe
  • Support solution design, product selection, and value positioning
  • Drive standardized software product initiatives for key accounts (e.g. showroom demos, certification training)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science, Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in software product management, pre-sales, or technical support within the security industry
  • Strong communication and execution skills; able to work effectively in cross-cultural environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently for regional training and market activities
  • Strong market insight, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English as a working language; German, Spanish, or other Western European languages are a strong plus
