To join our expanding team, we are looking for a IT-Support 2nd Level / IT-Admin / Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) in Full-time employee at our Kiel location in Germany.

Your tasks

  • You implement innovative solutions with the latest technologies
  • You support our global customers and are responsible for complex and demanding support requests and their resolution
  • You analyze and clarify problems and work at the interfaces to development, sales and service

Your profile

  • A degree or professional experience with a focus on IT
  • Basic understanding of common software technologies
  • Willingness to develop new subject areas
  • Enjoy communicating with customers in German and English
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
  • Ideally, knowledge of SQL databases and knowledge of current Internet and network technologies
