As a New Systems Sales Manager, you manage the sales cycle of our solutions (hardware, software, services) from A to Z. You build and negotiate complex offers of a few dozen several hundred thousand euros. You address varied and high-level interlocutors, both among private clients (operators, shopping centers, airports, etc.) and public clients (local authorities). You join a united and recognized team on the French market: you collaborate on a daily basis with technical, administrative and commercial teams, in France but also at the group's headquarters in Germany, to advance your projects.
You work in close collaboration with the Sales Director, to whom you report, and the Director-General manager of the French subsidiary. You operate throughout France, you can be based in a home office or attached to one of our regional locations (Paris, Lille, Metz, Lyon, Aix en Provence, Toulouse,
Bordeaux and Angers).
Your profile for this mission:
- No less than 5 years of experience in the sale of B2B solutions / capital goods in project mode, with private and public clients (local authorities, public markets)
- Very strong appetite for technical environments, complex solutions combining hardware, software, services, integration…
- Team spirit, ability to collaborate and bring together multidisciplinary teams
- Autonomous, proactive, “SME” culture
A plus if you have:
- Master English (possibility of exchanges with the headquarters in Germany
- Know the world of parking, public transport, electronic banking, access control, etc. or sectors close to our businesses…
