What your day looks like with us ☀️

  • You support the management of “OP Germany” in organizing the customer care team
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the digitization of departmental processes (introduction and improvement of the ITSM tool)
  • Your tasks also include monitoring customer inquiries and distributing them to team members
  • You are responsible for organizing the representation
  • You are responsible for training new employees
  • You are responsible for implementing ideas to optimize and improve established processes
