The opportunity:

As a member of the People team, you will deliver training, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness predominantly for the Commercial team.

This role will require travel to meet our remote based Sales team for 1-2-1 training. 

You will report into: HR Director, People Function

Responsibilities: 

  • Creating and executing training, with particular emphasis on product and sales training for sales, on a one on one and group delivery basis
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Translate existing PPT learnings into e-learnings where appropriate.
  • Train staff on new or upgraded products.
  • Ensure new sales hires are trained with sufficient product knowledge.
  • Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs.
  • Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
  • Reinforce and evaluate training using Elephants Don’t Forget.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Trainer in Sales, Fintech or Payment
  • Design and delivery of product and sales training.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of ‘Elephants Don’t Forget’ would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Must be able to travel to field sales agents.

Salary - Up to £55,000 per annum
