Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Riyadh, SA)

Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the commercial and Business Development
team in driving business development, marketing initiatives, and client engagement for car
parking and mobility projects. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, preparing
proposals, managing marketing content, and ensuring smooth communication between
internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, company
- profiles)
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, website updates, campaigns)
- Support event participation (exhibitions, conferences, client meetings)
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Proposal & Tender Support
- Assist in compiling RFP/RFQ responses and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, technical) for inputs
- Prepare basic financial summaries, pricing tables, and presentations
- Maintain a database of past proposals and templates
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Identify potential clients and upcoming projects in parking and mobility sectors
- Support feasibility studies and business case preparation
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports
- Track KPIs such as leads, proposals submitted, and conversions
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and communications
Qualification and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business support roles, preferably in transportation, parking, or facility management industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of financials and proposal structuring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
- Saudi Arabia/Middle East Experience Preferred.
- Arabic Language skills are preferred.
Salary Package Offered
- Total Package: SAR 6,500– 8,000 per month (inclusive of housing, transportation, and other allowances).
- Vacation: 1 month annually (paid) with return air tickets to the place of origin or an equivalent destination.
