As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B operations in the Netherlands. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be key in driving commercial initiatives, securing strategic partnerships, developing and leading a talented sales team. Your primary mission? To make a significant impact with our SaaS solutions, and drive substantial growth in B2B revenue within B2B.

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, with the backing of a collaborative international team.

Your background:

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
  • You have a proven track record in direct and/or indirect sales within a B2B context.
  • You have people leadership experience, with a strong ability to develop and coach your team
  • You have a results oriented mindset, focused on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
  • You have analytical capability and a data-driven methodology to make informed business decisions.
  • You have a quality-driven approach, ensuring high standards in sales processes and customer interactions.
  • You are naturally collaborative as a person, with great interpersonal skills, have good stakeholder management skills and act with humility.
  • You have experience in a multinational environment, working with people from multiple countries and multiple cultural backgrounds
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.

You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:

  • Budget and target setting responsibility for your market.
  • Manage local b2b partnerships
  • Develop and recruit B2B inside Sales Representatives through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
  • Build a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
  • Maximize our net growth in numbers and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs.
  • Ensure the usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the international sales team of European sales managers and other EasyPark functions.
