Global Commercial Lead (Various Locations, Europe)

Then look no further, EasyPark Group is now looking for a Global Commercial Lead for our off-street business in order to support our vision of making cities more liveable.
The Role – what you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for growing EasyPark’s off-street business around the globe, ensuring the optimal go-to market strategy for our off-street product portfolio, including value proposition, pricing, sales and channel strategies. You will do so through establishing and continuously improving and uphold relations and way-of-working with key international partners on senior and executive level.
You will mainly work toward international private parking operators in the segment of off-street garages and parking areas as well as providers of parking management systems. You will assist our local country teams with pre-sales support for off-street opportunities and to ensure profitability in our product offerings.
You will be a part of the international Commercial Management team in the Distribution function of EasyPark and work across the whole organization, as well as product management and marketing where you will provide input to the product roadmap and marketing & PR activities.

You are a self starter who has a proactive attitude and a curious mindset to continuously learn and improve and you are open to change. You are commercially driven, have excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle a broad variety of tasks without prestige. You enjoy collaborating with others towards a common goal, through great communication.
Through your analytical skills you have the ability to quickly understand a customer’s or partner’s needs and how to address these through strong business cases, adapting the EasyPark concept accordingly. Furthermore you thrive in a challenge and have strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- Experience from selling complex service offerings, e.g. SaaS, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to deal making and implementation
- Solid business understanding from B2B sales or similar roles (5 - 7 years)
- Degree in economics, business administration or other equivalent education is seen as a requirement
- Knowledge of and experience in daily use of CRM systems as part of the sales process
- A background of working within the mobility or parking industry is considered a plus
- Fluency in English is a requirement and additional language skills an advantage
This role is based in Europe, preferably at our local offices either in Italy (Rome), Germany (Berlin/Hannover) or England (Basingstoke), but could potentially also report to our other local offices as well. There will be some travel, considering the international scope. With that being said, sustainability is important to us, which is why we rely heavily on the use of internal technology to maintain virtual relationships to keep travel down.
