For our B2B sales team in Rome, we are looking for an Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive who will actively participate in the growth of the B2B segment in Italy.

As Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive, you will have the following objectives:

  • Prospecting and commercial scouting of professionals, medium and large companies that have collaborators on the road or corporate fleets, through cross selling, cold calling and/or contact reference.
  • Perform high daily telephone activity
  • Management of the entire commercial negotiation through the telephone channel
  • Achievement of KPIs defined monthly by the Department Manager

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Sell, negotiate and make commercial proposals for all EasyPark solutions dedicated to companies; provide service-related support to Accounts over the telephone.
  • Always keep your CRM updated to ensure data quality
  • Commercial responsibility in every agreement with customers, ensuring quality sales

Position requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of sales experience, especially Inside Sales (by phone)
  • Previous experience using CRM (i.e. SugarCrm/Salesforce) & Office package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Winning mentality, result orientation and ability to work under stress
  • Knowledge of the English language (B2) both oral and written which will be tested during the interview.
