The role:

Our team is growing and we are currently looking for an IT Technician to strengthen our global Internal IT team.

As an IT Technician, you report to the IT Manager for the Workplace and Hardware domain in Europe and will collaborate closely with fellow team members. As an IT Technician you will be the face of IT and your core duties will expect you to work independently in an IT support capacity; owning, participating, and handling incoming IT tickets.

You will also help end-users with troubleshooting in person, via video and chat messages and support using remote access tooling.

We are working with a cloud-first strategy, so you will be working with top-of-the-line technology and minimal on-premise infrastructure.

You will contribute & make an impact by:

  • Helping your colleagues with various IT-related issues, as well as monitoring and following up on reported Incidents and Service Requests
  • On-site support at our Stockholm Office and remote support to other offices
  • Managing hardware procurement and fulfillment
  • Working with our Joiner, Mover, and Leaver process
  • Keeping documentation, knowledge base articles, and CMDB up-to-date
  • Plan and lead internal educational sessions across all functional areas
  • Participating in exciting IT and Business projects

Your background:

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Recently graduated from a relevant school/program, or has worked for a couple of years in the field and knows how to work in a structured and organized way in an IT environment
  • Experience giving remote and on-site end-user support
  • Experience in Troubleshooting on both PC and Apple computers
  • Experience in administration
  • It's a plus if you have experience with: a ticketing system, Google Workspace, account administration, Atlassian products, and fixing your computer after breaking it yourself
  • Good spoken and written skills in English are required. Swedish is not required but is a plus

This role is based at our headquarters inStockholm, Sweden. The position will require occasional support after business hours and travel to offices within Sweden and other countries.
