Product Lead - Acquisition & Account (SE)

At EasyPark, we love cities. We love them for work, for play, and everything in between. That’s why our vision is to make cities more liveable! EasyPark Group is a global company and a true leader in its domain. There is a clear ambition to quickly grow in coverage and offer our services to more customers and partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the EasyPark team as a Product Lead in the Driver’s Experience. You will play a key role in our future success and have a true opportunity to make a real impact and difference for our users and our business!
Firstly, a bit about the team
As Product Lead in the Driver’s Experience, you’ll work across one of the core departments of EasyPark. The department currently consists of 13 teams and over 110 highly skilled individuals within product, engineering, design or analytics. This department oversees EasyPark’s consumer-facing products: chiefly the app(s), catering for 30 million monthly active users, as well as automotive and wearable integrations.
What you’ll be doing
The Product Lead takes a strong and holistic ownership of our user facing products. This includes ownership of two of our most important flows: Acquisition (registration and login) and Account. The role is responsible for front-end and entails a mix of leading a small team as well as hands-on contributions to raise the bar on the quality of the experiences offered to EasyPark’s users.
As Product Lead you’ll report directly to the Head of Product - Driver’s Experience and will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in product, engineering and design, to shape the next steps of how our products should look, work and feel moving forward.
Key responsibilities:
Through close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensure that the EasyPark’s consumer facing products are the best they can possibly be.
Coach, support and collaborate with a small, distributed team of skilled Product Managers to set both them and the department up for success. This includes spending time in 1:1’s, doing interviews, onboarding new joiners, as well continuously working to improve product strategy, ways of working, processes and overall maturity within the product.
Whilst you’ll work with a team of Product Managers, you’re also expected to have solid hands-on skills that you don’t mind leveraging with relative frequency. Your craft is at a level where you have an ability to truly elevate the quality of our products.
Aside from working with cross functional collaborators across the department, you’ll also collaborate with others in the wider organization: e.g. data analysts, engineers, designers, UX researchers and stakeholders from finance, legal, customer service, marketing and sales.
What you’ll bring to the team
- We expect you to have at least 7+ years of product management experience with 1+ years of lead/management/coaching experience.
- Solid experience working with cross functional teams, preferably in a product/SaaS context.
- Track record of product-thinking, outcome-centric, high quality projects.
- We expect you to be a strong communicator in both written and verbal form.
What we offer
