The Role

You will be a part of our growing B2B Product Team. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, data insights, and the IT development team as well as external partners across Europe. You will play a vital role to accelerate EasyPark’s Business to Business (B2B) growth by providing a robust lead generation platform across our markets.

You might be familiar with EasyPark from our B2C offering, but EasyPark also helps thousands of companies in different sizes to digitalize and reduce their time and cost spent on parking. B2B sales play a pivotal role in uplifting the overall group profitability. The market potential across all of the group operating markets is still largely untapped.

The lead platform team’s mission is to identify all opportunities and enable different acquisition channels to bring in new customers and capture the addressable value in a personalized and cost-efficient way, through whichever channel is optimal.

You will contribute & make an impact through the following:

  • Developing product vision, strategy, and the execution of it together with the engineering team
  • Developing a lead platform roadmap & project leading a development team
  • Designing a sales approach together with sales management and marketing on the nature of different lead sources
  • Being the go-to-person who facilitates collaboration between cross-functional teams to optimize volume and hit rate, especially with the Sales Management and Data Insights team
  • Establishing the most cost-effective model to collaborate with external partners for identifying new lead sources to support our direct sales approach in relevant markets
  • Data integration with various internal systems such as the Sugar CRM platform
  • Collaborating with B2B sales support to ensure the engagement loop with sales organization from training, and tracking to feedback and optimization

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • 2-3 years of successful experience working with lead generation, and data enrichment, either on the client/supplier side. (Requirements)
  • You have a good understanding of B2B data enrichment suppliers globally
  • Experience working with outbound sales is a big plus.
  • Experience in analyzing data to provide insights to support business development
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Background of the project leading agile development teams
  • Strong communication skills in English. Swedish is not mandatory at EasyPark.

This role is based at the EasyPark headquarters in Stockholm/ Sweden, and Atlanta, United States.
