You succeed by moving the relationship from "Hardware Vendor" to "Strategic Technology Partner," ensuring they extract maximum yield from our system.

Location: Southern California, Remote

Travel: 10%

What You'll Do:

  • Be the "Mayor": You are a connector who knows the local market players. Understands your branch total addressable market (TAM) and its potential and connects this to pipeline and ultimately revenue forecasting.
  • Platform Strategist: You don't view a customer site as "done" just because the gates are installed. You view it as an ecosystem that needs to be fully activated.
  • Yield Architect: You focus on the client's ROI. You sell the full platform because you know it maximizes the client's revenue.
  • Process Driven: You ensure that the transition from "Signed Contract" to "Active Site" follows a rigorous, repeatable process.

What You Bring:

1. Strategic Account Management

  • Maximize Platform Activation: Your primary commercial objective is Platform Saturation. You will audit every customer location to identify gaps in their tech stack. If a customer has our Gates but not our digital payment, valet, digital reservations or EV charging solutions, your job is to sell and activate those products.
  • Driving Digital Adoption: Aggressively drive the adoption of Flash Express Pay and mobile access credentials. You will demonstrate to clients how activating these friction-free payment tools reduces their operating costs and increases throughput. You will be responsible for helping these clients increase their digital penetration through the use of strategies such as signage placement and messaging to continually grow digital patent attachment. This will be measured constantly as a percentage of paid transient tickets.
  • The "Mayor" of the Market: Build deep relationships with the decision-makers at your installation sites and potential new sites. Understand their long-term asset strategy so you can position the full Flash Platform as the solution for their future revenue goals.
  • Upselling & Expansion: You are responsible for the Total Contract Value (TCV) and Recurring plus Reoccurring Revenue (ARR) growth of your accounts. You ensure that no asset under your management is "under-utilized" regarding Flash technology.

2. Management & Operational Excellence

  • Team Development and Performance Management: Deliver best-in-class team management across a variety reporting roles: Regional Sales Managers, Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers and Field Service Leads. You will manage and develop to meet territory goals while retaining (or hiring) top talent.
  • Matrixed Collaboration: You and your team will work closely with centralized functions to deliver Platform Saturation & Operational Excellence across your territory. You and your team will leverage resources from central functions (e.g. Financial and Operational Performance, Installation SOPs) and surface gaps / improvement opportunities.
  • Service Level Excellence: Work with the Regional VP of Operations and across the relevant support departments to ensure your customers through your local operations team receive "Unreasonable Hospitality" during support calls and repairs.
  • Resource Utilization: Ensure your local technicians and project managers are utilized efficiently. You minimize "windshield time" and maximize billable project hours.

3. Installation & Project Oversight

  • Project Stewardship: While you have a technical team, you own the ultimate success of new PARCS installations. You ensure that timelines are met, client expectations are managed, and the "Go-Live" experience is seamless.
  • Transition Management: Oversee the critical hand-off from "Sales" to "Operations." You ensure that what was promised during the sales cycle is what is delivered during installation.
  • Construction & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with local general contractors and electrical subcontractors to ensure our installations are cost-effective and compliant.

4. P/L Ownership & Financial Stewardship

  • Branch Profitability: You own the P/L for the [City] branch. This includes managing the margins on installation projects, controlling the cost of service/maintenance labor, and driving recurring software revenue (SaaS).
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with the Area Vice President to forecast installation revenue and, critically, Upsell/Cross-sell Revenue from platform expansion.
  • Customer Retention : You are the first line of defense against churn. By ensuring the client is using multiple products within the platform (Sticky Ecosystem), you secure the long-term retention of the account.
