To support our strong development, we are looking, within the head office, located in Neuilly-sur-Seine:

  • A Corporate Finance Reporting and Analysis Manager F/M
  • Reporting to the FP&A and M&A Director, we entrust you with the following missions:

Missions:

  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly results presentations and the management of the Group's management reporting, the production of the Group budget and the creation of dashboards for shareholders, the management team and stakeholders (lenders, credit insurers, etc.). Make presentations (to the board of directors, financial, analyses, comparisons and opportunities).
  • Analysis of the performance, results and variances of the Group's 4 BUs (Parking, Transport, Mobile and YourParkingSapce) and reflection/help in optimizing their monitoring and performance; Analyze current and past trends in multiple areas of financial statements.
  • Participation in the management of LBO debt, including the preparation of compliance certificates with covenants and interest projections.
  • Develop financial models and analyzes to support company initiatives and project long-term growth. Assistance in the preparation/execution of various operations necessary for the structuring of the group and its strong evolution.
  • Support in the analysis of acquisition files (review of information memorandums, financial analysis, business valuation, review and development of business plans, synergy analysis, etc.) and the preparation of documents intended for the M&A Committee.
  • Contribute to implementing, deploying, managing and continuously developing/improving budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling tools.

Required knowledge

  • You have solid knowledge of corporate finance, in particular a very good understanding of the different financial statements; You are comfortable with financial modeling;
  • You have excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint;
  • You have particularly high standards;
  • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You have experience in a multinational organization.
  • You have between 6 and 8 years of successful experience in Transaction Service, Corporate Finance or an investment fund.

Required profile

  • Major business or engineering school with a Finance specialization;
  • You are curious and like dynamic environments without a “typical day”;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Rigor, attention to detail, reliability and honesty are among your qualities;
  • You know how to be autonomous and proactive;
  • You are fluent in English and French.
