Increase the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions

  • Being responsible for the Free2Move Business Solutions across the market (Sales result, NPS, incentive, POLCO etc…). The main offers to manage are Connect Fleet (telematics) solutions, Fleet Sharing solutions, Short and medium term rental offer for B2B customers and other services, including the ones for electric cars drivers.
  • Look for new business opportunities in order to increase the sales and the profitability of the Mobility B2B solutions, including new channels like call center & web sales inside and outside Stellantis Group.
  • Benchmark competitors to keep one step ahead
  • Lead the relationship with local suppliers, partners and the various STELLANTIS Sales teams
  • Propose of a commercial policies (incentives, PAYPLAN, POLCO, special operations…)
  • Develop direct sales to the end customers especially National & International Key Account customers

Develop sales and marketing actions on all the sales channels

  • Lead the relationship with local partners
  • Train/manage the local sales teams and help them in their sales with the customers
  • Realize and update business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations…)
  • Provide to the training teams the product documentation
  • Present to the customers, perform demonstrations of the different interfaces solutions and ROI tables
  • Launch test phases with the customers
  • Be proactive on communication and marketing topics
  • Collect customer feedbacks, go to exhibitions, participate to conference etc…

Manage the customer satisfaction

  • Management of KPI
  • Follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and Product Owners
  • Analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests related to the Business Owner

Preffered Experience

  • Business school + concrete experience
  • B2B sales experience for 5 years minimum
  • 100 % business and customer oriented
  • Knowledge of B2B needs
  • Ability to influence senior management
  • Relational ease
  • Technical fiber/ E-commerce/ Mobility/ Innovative services
  • Tenacity and determination to succeed in changing conditions
  • Rigor, autonomy
  • Fluent in the country language & English
  • Other language is appreciated
