Product Marketing Manager - Access Control (Montreal, CA)

The team:
This role is strategically linked to the success of our Access Control products. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales and Business Development teams to develop high-impact product launches and to accelerate awareness and adoption during a product’s lifetime.

What your day will look like:
- Responsible for developing powerful messaging, bringing products to market, and helping colleagues and the channel effectively position our products
- Accountable for the go-to-market plan, product launches, and ongoing activities
- Own the marketing and outbound messaging of our product
- Define the value proposition and develop sales tools that support our marketing strategy
- Understand the market, our technology partners and competitors
- Analyze market and channel data, and create action plans that target buyers and markets
- Train sales and the channel so they can easily position and sell your products
- Develop smart, organized and effective outbound campaigns and programs, collaborating closely with the product, sales and marketing communications teams
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with marketing experience
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of B2B software or hardware marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in working with Communications, Sales, and Product Management
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of an audience, a natural communicator
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Bilingual (French & English) with a strong command of the English language
Great if you have:
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, in a field-facing role
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas: product launches, sales enablement, go-to-market planning, market analysis, competitor analysis, digital marketing and promotions
- Knowledge of workflow-based solutions, command and control software, IP networking technology, or Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Pragmatic Marketing training, an MBA, or experience as a product manager
