Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends to drive benchmarking
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
- Provide assistance with product sales and marketing presentations.
- Develop and oversee small-medium features and PRDs.
- Define and analyse metrics to continually improve company products.
- Play a part in Product operations, handling client support calls, and understand the tech running the show.
- Build dashboards and tools, craft analyses, and tell stories with data to help our operations teams make better decisions
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in working with SQL, REST APIs.
- Should have knowledge of Java or Python, frameworks not necessary.
- Background in Computer Science will be preferred.
- Should have handled business reporting through tools such as Excel, Word, Keynote, etc.
