GMP has established itself as the pioneer of Interoperable Smart Parking which connects all parking and mobility stakeholders on a common platform who are operating in silos. GMP has had great success in the European market and is now expanding in US and other markets globally. This is an opportunity to be part of a high growth team with a global footprint.

We are seeking a Marketing Head for Get My Parking to join the marketing team. You will operate at the intersection of communication, content, product, and sales, and will be focused on bringing the GMP brand to life on all platforms. Ultimately, under the guidance of the CMO, you will be responsible for all marketing strategies and results.

Qualifications:

  • A storyteller at heart who loves conversations and technology. You possess great writing & creative skills with a portfolio to prove how you have brought ideas to life.
  • 8-12 years of managerial experience in growing a brand and it’s sales via marketing. Preferably worked in multi-channel content creation and ideation for a B2C/B2B brand directly or at an agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience in implementing digital marketing best practices with a focus on key metrics.
  • Possess exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills in any style as relevant to various internal and external audiences.
  • Have fine editorial and curation skills with a track record of mentoring/managing writers, editors, content creators etc.
  • Great at collaboration and multi stakeholder team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the company’s Co-Founder to execute the company’s Brand Strategy and Positioning.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators, digital marketeers, PR agency, and brand designer.
  • Ensure a cohesive brand language across marketing channels, platforms, and PR campaigns.
  • Build and grow the following and community on online media platforms. Represent GMP to our community members and moderate community conversations.
  • Lead the organising of online and offline events, trade shows, expos and meet-ups.
  • Drive growth and engagement through effective storytelling concepts, ideas and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with product and tech team to deliver the cohesive brand identity across the product designs, features and offerings. Be the bridge between customer insights and product development.
  • Engage in “social listening” for where people are mentioning Get My Parking across communities and social media channels.
