Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Scoping

  • Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop custom, scalable solution proposals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design solutions for frontline customer teams.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and estimate project effort, timelines, and interdependencies.

Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Support Sales and Key Account Managers in delivering engaging product demos and walkthroughs tailored to diverse stakeholders (technical teams, CXOs, regional managements, etc.).
  • Customize pitch decks, mockups, and signage collateral to reflect the unique needs of each client or property group.

Proposal & Bid Support

  • Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation with a balance of technical accuracy and persuasive storytelling.
  • Assist in developing pricing proposals, license agreements, and solution overviews.

Product & CRM Strategy

  • Configure and maintain CRM workflows (Zoho) to reflect evolving sales processes and partner engagement needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment across messaging, positioning, and brand strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms; exposure to IoT and parking hardware is a plus but not essential.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign) and basic workflow automations.
  • Skilled in drafting and reviewing RFP responses, SOWs, and solution documentation.

Sales & Communication

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas across visual, written, and (sometimes) verbal formats.
  • Confident in customizing messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

New Project Strategy & Scoping

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning high-level ideas into detailed Solution documents.
  • Detail-oriented when estimating project timelines, scope, and design variables.
  • Skilled at coordinating with Sales, KAMs, Marketing, and Product teams to move deals forward.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with partner channel programs, VAR models, or B2B2C go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong design sensibility for signage, overlays, mockups, and client-facing presentation materials.
