Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of security programs, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in align with business objectives.
  • Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, policies, and procedures to protect software and data.
  • Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks through processes like threat modeling and vulnerability management.
  • Process improvement: Establish and refine processes to streamline the security development lifecycle and improve efficiency.
  • Security awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of security policies and best practices.
  • Understanding and experience on Agile Methodology - Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile fundamentals with experience with Scrum and KANBAN methodologies.
  • Stakeholder communication: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular, data-driven reporting on program health, progress, and risks to all levels of the organization.
  • Should have experience / leading compliance efforts and managed all aspects of certification and audit process for key regulatory frameworks like 27001, 27701, GDPR, PCI DSS, SAQD etc.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Oversee efforts to improve operational stability of team and software product by creating and monitoring operational dashboards to monitor and alert to system/platform problems and following up on action plans as a result of customer found issues.
  • Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized.
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers with an optimal outcome.
