Basic Function:

Reporting to the Management Accountant, the candidate will administer the end-to-end fleet process, co-ordinate the company credit cards & expenses & finance administrative processes

Key performance indicators:


  • Arrange meetings with Metric management & fleet companies when necessary.
  • Arranging services, MOTs, repair work, delivery & collection for pool vehicles.
  • Administering databases, (fleet & Insurance) ensuring the details are up to date.
  • Administer short term hires, Hiring & off hiring.
  • Management of accident reports, liaising with insurance companies ensuring they have all the documentation needed.
  • Administering ordering & cancelling fuel cards.
  • Liaise with drivers, management, authorities & HR about any fines & charges received.
  • Completing driver checks ensuring that people are legally allowed to drive the company vehicles.
  • Communicate with Drivers & management regarding any fleet issues
  • Finance
  • Be the main lead for company credit cards, ordering, cancelling & changing credit limits.
  • Analysis company credit card charges & expenses past & present ensuring all eligible VAT is claimed.
  • Completing journals for month end
  • Ad hoc analysis for company & financial purposes.
  • Sim card administration.
  • Enforcing company policies & procedures regarding fleet, credit cards.
  • Cover for the finance team during sickness and holidays.
  • Ad hoc duties requested by the finance & senior management team.

  • Hands on friendly organized individual with ability to manage own time and work to critical deadlines.
  • Accurate data analysing skills with appropriate and insightful analysis.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for day-to-day workloads.
  • Working with non-financial
