What awaits you?...Your tasks:
- You develop and implement international sales strategies and define global sales channels.
- You will assume strategic control and management of the international sales team.
- You will work closely with the international managing directors of our subsidiaries and provide them with operational support in the implementation of strategic and operational goals.
- They act as a central interface between headquarters and subsidiaries and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- They promote knowledge exchange and collaboration within the international team, for example through international sales meetings.
- You will assume responsibility for human resources management and leadership development at an international level.
- You and your team will represent the company at international trade fairs.
What do you bring with you?...Your profile:
You are the right person for us if you can answer the following questions with "yes":
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role, ideally in an international corporate environment.
- Experience in operational collaboration with subsidiaries or branches worldwide.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international context.
- Willingness to travel regularly worldwide.
- Fluent German and English skills.
