Your tasks

  • Together with the HR recruiter, they represent the HR department and, as a team, ensure comprehensive support for all HR matters. A shared understanding of all HR processes is important to us.
  • They are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • They maintain employee master data, keep personnel files and manage working hours and absences.
