Your tasks
- Together with the HR recruiter, they represent the HR department and, as a team, ensure comprehensive support for all HR matters. A shared understanding of all HR processes is important to us.
- They are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative HR issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- They maintain employee master data, keep personnel files and manage working hours and absences.
- They create and edit employment-related documents such as contracts, amendments, certificates and attestations.
- They work closely with internal interfaces – especially with payroll or the works council – and ensure a smooth process.
- They organize entries and exits and support the administrative processes during onboarding.
- They actively participate in HR projects, for example in the further development of internal processes.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training with further education in human resources management or a degree with a focus on HR.
- You have several years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a medium-sized company environment.
- They possess in-depth knowledge of labor law and apply it confidently in their daily work.
- You are proficient in using MS Office – especially Word and Excel – as part of your daily routine.
- They work in a structured, independent and reliable manner with high quality standards.
- A high degree of responsibility, discretion and empathy in dealing with sensitive personnel issues completes your profile.
- We require excellent German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
