HR Information & System (HRIS) Specialist at Nedap
Nedap's HR team facilitates and supports the employee journey. To give a better interpretation to this, we are looking for an HRIS specialist who is involved in the digital journey of our employees and managers.
As an HRIS specialist, you are responsible for the further development and further implementation of new modules of our HR systems. Your first priority will be the further development and further implementation of (new) modules of our HR system Talentsoft. Your focus is on designing the process, coordinating with stakeholders, setting up the system and providing training to our employees and captains. In addition to the focus on Talentsoft, you will work on the further development of and the connection between the other digital systems, where you will establish and develop the processes within the employee journey. These are processes around recruitment, learning & development and payroll administration with the various systems, but also the management and further development of our HR information provision in Power BI & HR analytics. You work closely with the HR team, IT and other users of the system to understand and translate their needs to maximize the business value of the system.
A selection of your tasks:
- You analyze questions and incidents, you translate these into improvement proposals, taking into account various interests in the organization;
- You contribute to the further development of reports and dashboards and proactively provide reporting and management information;
- You will implement and further develop new modules of the HR system Talentsoft (example ESS, MSS, performance, Learning Modules).
Your team
You will work closely with the HR Team (consisting of Business Partners, HR Employee, Team Recruitment, Team People Development and the HR Manager). In addition, you will also work a lot with IT General and other users of the systems; this is to understand and translate the needs to maximize the business value of the system. You report to the HR Manager.
