Tasks and Responsibilities

We are looking for a (native) English-speaking colleague! We are a young and dynamic organization, and you will work in a small team. Experience is not a must; it is important that you see it as a challenge to build up and maintain long standing and positive relationships with our customers and associations. It is a bonus if you have experience in online media/communities and B2B environments.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing relationships with customers and parking associations
  • Conducting customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly and effectively
  • Aim to preserve customers and maintain retention
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Assisting with generating new business opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities to reach greater profits
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal usage of our services by demonstrating ROI opportunities
  • Visiting exhibitions, tradeshows, and conferences globally to actively approach existing customers and organize aftersales/upselling
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support a growing customer base
  • Gain solid knowledge of the industry
  • Processing information in Salesforce to properly capture the status of the customer (needs).


Proven experience in and knowledge of CRM practices and being a native English speaker is considered a big plus!
