About the Opportunity

ParkMobile is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager (formerly called Project Manager) to join our growing Agile Program Management Office. Within our newly formed cross-functional, full-stack teams (squads), the Agile Delivery Manager plays an important part of squad leadership, working closely with the squad’s Product Manager, Product Designer, and Tech Lead. This critical role within the company enables effective and efficient delivery and operations, reduces friction within our product teams, and ensures leadership is plugged into vital information.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor squad delivery and progress pacing for quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Guide squads on agile principles, methodologies and best practices
  • Facilitate agile process definition and optimization to fill gaps and maximize team productivity
  • Evaluate agile processes to ensure they are delivering value
  • Work with other PMO or squad team members to find cross-squad process efficiencies
  • Assist squads in minimizing dependencies, mitigating risk, resolving blockers, and driving decision-making
  • Ensure vital information is funneled to leadership by providing oversight of OKR reporting
  • Support coordination of cross-squad and team dependencies
  • Help squads with OKR definition during quarterly planning
  • Lead delivery and release readiness by pulling in Business groups such as Account Management, Member Services, Sales, and Marketing as needed to ensure all departments are prepared
  • Support work prioritization, estimation, contingency planning, and capacity planning
  • Assist squads in finding the right approaches and solutions for their unique needs and challenges
  • Support third-party vendor coordination
  • Foster a continuous learning and improvement culture across teams
  • Cultivate an environment of trust and positivity and assist with conflict resolution
  • Create lasting partnerships with all team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain an understanding of product offerings and in-flight enhancements

Your Experience

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role working across multiple teams in an agile software development environment
  • Strong understanding of agile software development and agile methodologies
  • Familiar with the squad model
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of the OKR goal-setting methodology a plus
