Position Overview:

You’ll be responsible for managing our top B2B customers. You'll actively support, grow and retain a book off business as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support.

You have good active listening skills with the ability to quickly adapt in each interaction and change your focus from pitching your product to genuinely trying to understand the customer’s situation and needs and offer a successful B2B sales experience delivering value with every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Account Planning:
    • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client goals.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Communication:
    • Clearly and effectively communicate with clients.
    • Ensure clients are informed about product updates and offerings.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Monitor and assess client satisfaction.
    • Proactively address issues and work to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
    • Increase revenue from existing accounts.

Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience with sales; if you have B2B sales experience (on the phone) thats a plus
  • Determined mindset, willing to strive to exceed goals and targets.
  • You are a team player and self-motivated feeling comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • You are an enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for ‘good enough’, whilst always trying to improve yourself.
  • You are an efficient communicator with good active listening skills and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
