Position Overview:

Following several acquisitions that have resulted in a market-leading position in Europe and growing presence in the US, and following several promising tests within the US market, the B2B segment is primed for rapid growth.

To guide the company on this next phase of growth in the US, EasyPark Group is looking for a proven inside sales leader with a track record of building an inside sales team culture in a rapidly scaling a sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline - Sales Managers will be a player / coach initial, leading from the front by closing the most strategic and important deals
  • Help to grow the team — learn how to source, interview, and hire top sales personnel in partnership with the VP of Sales
  • Assist AEs and AMs, particularly new hires, on important deals — play a supporting role to newer teammates on deal-specific strategy, coaching on how to prospect, source the decision maker, create a sales deck, and help with the close
  • Be a go-to resource for new hires on internal operations — walk your teammates through the demo → closed won → handoff process, show them the basics of our CRM, how to use our tools, and how to find information quickly
  • Ownership of the Team — ownership over our revenue-based goals. Sales Managers will be responsible for contributing to the go-to-market strategy for their designated territory. Working cross-functionally with support, marketing and sales ops to ensure there’s proper alignment and support
  • Report weekly and monthly performance of the region
