The Role

Product Lead is a seasoned Product Manager with leadership experience, and loves to develop people, products and the business. You will be the leader of Product Managers in Operator’s Experience, which is our product area responsible for building and maintaining the products towards cities and private parking operators.

  • Leads Product Managers inside the Operator’s Experience product area to help teams succeed, achieve missions and objectives and to bring us closer to EasyPark’s vision
  • Actively promotes and builds a product oriented culture in EasyPark to help take us to the next level of being a Product and Tech company

As Product Lead in Operator’s Experience, you will be part of a diverse team of 10 with people based in Sweden, Germany, Norway, UK, US and Israel.

As Product Lead you’ll report to the Head of Product - Operator’s Experience and will collaborate closely with colleagues from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Distribution, Marketing and more.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

Develops and ensures that Product Teams understand corporate priorities, product vision, product strategy and take clever incremental steps to continuously deliver more valuable products

  • Develops Product Managers into Product superstars that build valuable, viable, feasible and usable products with full focus on customer needs and solving real user problems
  • Supports strategic and tactical product management
  • Ensure the Product Area has skilled Product Managers, who are continuously improving their skills and who love going to work to make everyday life better for our customers
  • Focuses on doing the right thing at the right time. You love to work with objectives, goals, data and metrics. You understand the difference between a business related goal and a product metric. You know how to break the big, fluffy goal into smaller, actionable and measurable steps and you know when and how to test hypotheses.
  • Supports and drives product prioritization, together with other Product Leaders and Product Managers
  • Together with other leaders and team members, ensures that your Product Teams have a mission, the skills and the mindset to achieve it, in accordance with our investment strategy and priorities
  • Represents the product domain in cross-functional forums and on global roadmaps
  • Challenges current ways of working to ensure we continuously learn, evolve and improve

About you

  1. You are comfortable communicating and presenting in teams from different culture and different geographies.
  2. You work effectively and efficiently in teams from various functions, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Marketing, etc.
  3. You invest in the growth and well being of your team and also importantly in your own growth and well being.
  4. You are an analytical person and capable of analyzing the information and situation to plan ahead.
  5. You adapt to change & enjoy working with uncertainty and missing information, you are resourceful in finding relevant information and connecting the dots.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • You have at least 5+ years of Product Management experience with 1+ years of lead/management/coaching experience.
  • You have extensive experience of collaborating with cross functional teams in a Global environment.
  • You have worked in Product or B2B/B2G SaaS companies.

The role can be based in Atlanta or Phoenix.
