As HR & Office Manager you are responsible for our home base - our office - you shape our corporate culture significantly and contribute to the attractive working environment for new and existing employees.

What is your task?

  • You take care of the optimization of the office organization and are responsible for the conception and implementation of administrative strategies.
  • You support the HR team in coordinating interviews, have close contact with potential candidates and thus ensure an optimal application process.
  • You organize team events to promote team culture.
  • You act as a contact for colleagues for any queries about the office and all administrative issues.
  • You ensure a safe and pleasant working environment.
  • You will represent Peter Park internally and to our external stakeholders.
  • You are part of the People & Culture team and report to the Head of People & Culture.

Your skills:

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in office management or in a similar field and are familiar with working in a dynamic environment.
  • You are an organizational talent, set priorities and can thus coordinate different topics at the same time.
  • You are interested in digitization, mobility and Smart City.
  • You are characterized by your willingness to help: You actively contribute to the fulfillment of tasks in the team, support other team members and help them to complete their tasks successfully.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
  • You show initiative and exude a can-do mentality to work towards goals full of ambition and positive energy every day.
  • Team mentality: Having fun and celebrating successes together must not be neglected!
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English round off your profile.
