As Peter Park's PR manager, you will lead the press office in the DACH region, develop and implement an integrated PR strategy that ensures regular and high-quality reporting in the tech, business, regional and national media landscape. You are part of the marketing and communications team and work to increase brand awareness and position Peter Park as a leading provider of digital parking management solutions. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications.

What is your task?

  • You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to ensure that the local PR strategy is in line with the DACH communications strategy and reflects the company's strategic vision.
  • You have a strong understanding of the media landscape in the DACH region and build and develop relationships with the most important media in the fields of technology, business, start-ups as well as the regional and national press.
  • You will run daily campaigns including ongoing news generation, profiling of executives and key opinion leaders, and communication projects in collaboration with our B2B clients.
  • You will write/develop and manage the release of media materials, briefing materials and proprietary content such as e.g. press releases, media releases, etc., and creatively and strategically ensure that important messages are penetrated and have maximum impact.
  • You track performance, adjusting where necessary to optimize results and identify opportunities for growth and media exposure.
  • You think and communicate clearly - You formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it.
  • You align and integrate your plans with marketing, social media, tech, and other business and brand stakeholders.
  • And last but not least, you will enjoy the dynamics of a start-up with the influence of a global company.

Your skills:

  • You already have 2-5 years of relevant technology and/or B2B PR experience, either internally or in an agency.
  • You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, PR or marketing.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the German media landscape and the possibilities of reporting.
  • You are characterized by excellent writing skills with native language skills in spoken and written German (and preferably also English); other languages are an advantage.
  • You bring proven experience of working proactively and independently in a fast-moving, high-growth company.
  • You are good at entrepreneurial thinking and you enjoy changing environments and overlapping projects while maintaining structure and methodology.
  • You have outstanding skills in dealing with the media and external stakeholders, with a deep understanding of what matters to them and a network of contacts in technology and business media, both within traditional and non-traditional PR channels.
  • You are strategic and creative - ensure that PR activities are in line with company objectives, conveying key messages while being inspiring and engaging.
  • You bring enthusiasm for innovation and digital products.
  • You are proactive, ambitious and exude a can-do mentality to work towards goals with positive energy every day.
